Undertaking effective organisational and training needs analysis

Why should you choose this workshop

  • It is critical to understand how to plan and develop an effective Organisational Needs Analysis (ONA) and Training Needs Analysis (TNA). This will assist in the collating of accurate information and will help to evaluate current and future training programmes.
  • ONA/TNA results can be very powerful to organisations allowing them to potentially increase their effectiveness, achieve their objectives and work towards becoming a market leader in their arena or indeed to become ‘World Class’.
  • Carrying out an effective ONA/TNA ensures you can base your offer of training and support around identified needs that are specific to the employer. This is a valuable alternative to offering ‘off the shelf’ packages to all employers.
