The World Class Skills programme takes an innovative approach to helping providers develop their employer responsive provision. This means offering support to providers in ways that are specifically tailored to their needs. It also enables communication of effective practice with other providers and the wider industry sector.


Through the Innovation Pathfinders initiative, providers have been developing and sharing their experiences in Business Innovation and Knowledge Transfer. World Class Skills has also offered support to providers in Yorkshire and Humber through the Good To Great programme, which is designed to help providers attain excellence in areas where they are already proficient.
